Mr Cullen has been a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel for in excess of 6 years. He has represented patients throughout England and Wales that have been detained under the Mental Health Act either under the civil sections (Section 2,3 or Community Treatment Order) or under the criminal sections (Hospital Orders under Section 37, Hospital Orders with restriction under S37/41 or Hybrid Orders under S45A of the Mental Health Act).
Mr Cullen retains his accreditation and is happy to accept instructions from any specialist Mental Health Law providers on an agency basis.
